🔒 Warranty Coverage (5 Years)

All RJD Furniture products are covered under a 5-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers:

Manufacturing defects (e.g., loose joints, faulty mechanisms, misaligned parts)
Structural integrity (e.g., frames, supports, and main body)
Material failure under normal residential use

🚫 What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, fading, or fabric softening
Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
Water or heat damage (e.g., from spills or placing near appliances)
Damage due to improper cleaning or maintenance
Modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons
Furniture used in commercial or rental settings (unless covered under special terms)

📅 Warranty Period

Limited Warranty: 5 years from delivery date

Warranty begins on the date the furniture is delivered

Take clear photos/videos of the issue

🔁 Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, RJD Furniture may offer:
