🔒 Warranty Coverage (5 Years)

All RJD Furniture products are covered under a 5-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., loose joints, faulty mechanisms, misaligned parts)
  • Structural integrity (e.g., frames, supports, and main body)
  • Material failure under normal residential use

🚫 What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or fabric softening
  • Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
  • Water or heat damage (e.g., from spills or placing near appliances)
  • Damage due to improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons
  • Furniture used in commercial or rental settings (unless covered under special terms)

📅 Warranty Period

Limited Warranty: 5 years from delivery date

Warranty begins on the date the furniture is delivered

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the issue

🔁 Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, RJD Furniture may offer:

  • Store credit, depending on the situation

  • Proof of purchase is required for all claims
